Andrea Fenwick-Trench

Andrea graduated with Honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.F.A. degree in Dance. Before attending college, Andrea graduated from The Youth Performing Arts High School in Louisville, Kentucky where she trained intensively in Modern, Ballet, and Jazz dance. Andrea has danced with Linda Lehovec & Dancers, Moyamo Dance Company, Rebound Dance, and Thread Meddle Dance Outfit. She has taught throughout Illinois, Kentucky, and New York including the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, French Woods Performing Arts Festival, School District 33-C, and Jefferson County Public Schools. Andrea specializes in teaching children from beginning to advanced classes in Modern and Creative Dance. She is an Acrobatic Arts Certified M1 instructor and has developed her own Early Childhood Dance Program, DiscoverDance.

Sarah Ford

Sarah Ford Hardy is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and is a graduate of the Youth Performing Arts School. While attending YPAS, she received her training in ballet, modern and jazz, as well as lyrical, tap and hip-hop at other local studios.

Sarah has also trained at the Joel Hall Dance Center and Columbia College in Chicago IL, the Edge Performing Arts Center in Hollywood, CA and Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles. She has performed with numerous dance companies such as Inaside Chicago Dance, Midwest Dance Collective, DanceWerks Dance Productions, The Joel Hall Dancers and The JADD Co. Sarah has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with artists such as Wierd Al Yankovic, Soulja Boy, Hannah Welton and Joshua Welton of Counter Culture, and Prince.

Sarah was a member of the Joseph Allen Decker Dance Company where she assisted Mr. Decker for two seasons. She is currently residing in Illinois where she is training, teaching and choreographing all over the Chicagoland area. This is Sarah’s 8th season with Inaside Chicago Dance and her 5th year as a Company Member and the Youth training Program Director.

Rhonda Moore

Rhonda Moore was born and raised outside of Richmond, VA and began dancing at the age of six. Her dance training took place at Jessica Morgan School of Dance in Midlothian, VA. Rhonda’s teaching career started in 1996 and she has an extensive background in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Modern, Contemporary/Lyrical and Jazz. She has a B.F.A in Dance and Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University. Rhonda has danced with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Starr Foster Dance Project, Ground Zero Dance Company and D’Feet Tap Ensemble. She has performed for choreographers such as Doug Varone, David Dorfman, Scott Putman and various others. Rhonda’s teaching experience includes her positions as Dance Coordinator/Artistic Director of Steppin’ Out Dance Studio and A-Factor Dance Company, Lower School Dance Director of St. Catherine’s School and Instructor/Choreographer for Jessica Morgan School of Dance and JEMS Performing Company. Rhonda has been a part of the Elite family since 2009! In addition to teaching, she has also been a judge with Edge Talent Competition for 5 seasons.

Melissa Costa

Ms. Melissa began her dancing at the age of three at The American Dance Center. During her training there she danced in such productions as Hansel & Gretel and Holiday Fantasy. She also had the opportunity to perform at Dance Chicago. After graduating high school she continued her dance training at Columbia College Chicago where she graduated in 2010 with a B.A. in Dance.

Soon after, Ms. Melissa decided to utilize her talents in dance by becoming a certified Zumba instructor. She is blessed that she has been given the opportunity to do what she loves every day and couldn’t be happier to be a part of the Elite family.

Ashley Cizmar

Elite alumna Ashley Cizmar graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.F.A in Dance and a minor in Business Administration. During her time there, Ashley received the Talented Student Tuition Award and a scholarship to the Broadway Dance Center in NYC. She has performed in works by Linda Lehovec, Paige Cunningham, Darrel Jones, and Sahar Azimi and was a member of the nationally competitive Illini Dance Team in 2010 and 2011. Ashley honed her passion for teaching in the Creative Dance for Children program at the U of I and at Twist and Shout Dance and Cheer in Mahomet, IL. She is an Acrobatic Arts M1 and M2 certified teacher and teaches ballet barre fitness classes at Pure Barre.

Gina Matsie

Gina Matsie graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Psychology. While obtaining her Dance degree, she had the pleasure to perform in new works by Tere O’Connor, Earl Mosley, Abby Zbikowski, and Kemal Nance. Gina trained with Kate Kuper in her Creative Dance for Children program from 2014-2016 and taught various techniques at Christine Rich Dance Studio in Savoy IL. Alongside her teaching experience, Gina is also a certified M1 Acrobatic Arts Instructor.
